Place An Order
From our home page, you will be able to Browse through the product categories. Or, search for a product by product name, product number or description by entering your search terms in the search box located at the top left hand side of the site.
Either method will retrieve a list of products, sizes available, and their price(s). To view a more detailed description of the product and its ingredients, simply click on product image or product name.
Once you have decided which product you would like to purchase, click on the Add To Cart button. This will put that product to your Shopping Cart where you can select the quantity to purchase. If you change the quantity you wish to order, please remember to click the Update button. You can also remove a product by selecting Remove Item.
At this point you can:
Continue Shopping: to add more items to your shopping cart.
Update Cart: to manually refresh your Shopping Cart.
Begin Check Out: to complete your order.
Once you are ready to complete your order, you will need to provide us with your billing and shipping information. If you have already created an account with us, you can login any time during your shopping session, including during check-out, and your billing and shipping information will automatically appear during check-out.
Your credit card information WILL NOT BE STORED and will need to be re-entered. This is for the safety and integrity of your credit. If you do not wish to create an account with us, simply choose to check-out unregistered button.
After entering your billing and shipping information you will be taken to the "order review" page where you can review all of your billing and shipping information and change any of it if necessary. Here, you will also be able to enter any coupons and/or gift certificates you may have. Once you are done reviewing your order, enter your credit card information and click the "Click Here To Complete Checkout Process" button at the bottom of the page to complete your order.
If you would like to complete your order by phone
Once you have verified your personal information and shipping options, select phone order as payment method click the "Click Here To Complete Checkout Process"
The final checkout screen will give you a printable receipt of your order. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that the order was received followed by a detailed e-mail with your shipping information including the final cost.
Once you choose this option, a customer service representative will contact you shortly to obtain your credit card information and continue processing your order.
Track My Order
You can track your order when you have registered with us checking your Order Status or Log In into your account.
Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an e-mail us explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply send us an e-mail us asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may refuse the package for a full refund/credit.

Create An Account
Users who create a personal account with us, will be able to store all of their billing information with us, thus preventing having to enter it every time. To create an account, simply select "Log In/Register" on the top navigation bar. From there, you will be able to register with us. You will also be able to register during your check-out process. If you do not wish to create an account with us, simply choose to check-out unregistered.
Forgot Username or Password
If you forgot your username or password, click on the Log In/Register button located at the top right side of the page and choose "forgot my password". You will then be able to enter your email address and we will email you your username and password within a few minutes.
Edit Account Information
If you wish to edit your account information, on the Log In/Register button located at the top right side of the page. Enter your email address and password then click the "Log In" button. Click on the "Update Your Profile" button and change any information you wish to change then click the "Update Profile " button located at the bottom of the page when you are finished.

Domestic Shipments: $7.50
Vitaminscatalog.com will ship your order by UPS (available only in the contiguous 48 states) for only $7.50 (please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on destination).
UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air
For faster delivery, you can have your order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air for an additional charge. We will e-mail you with the quote for your approval.
(Orders placed after 3:00 pm do not process until next business day. All orders received over the weekend (Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday a.m.).
International Shipments - Including Mexico & Canada
Customs will not allow our products to be shipped to Germany.
Cost
All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination, plus a handling charge of $7.00 US currency only. We will e-mail you with the shipping cost for your approval before your order is shipped.
Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Return A Product
We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If not completely satisfied, return the unused portion (within one year of date of purchase) with a short explanation, and we will promptly refund your money.
